Microhardness Determination (Vickers Method)

Problem solved:
Microhardness value determination based on measuring the imprint from Vickers indenter.

Solution:
The imprint is produced by the microhardness meter indenter. All measurements are performed within the image analysis environment. Operator enters the load and specifies ends of imprint diagonals (or contours the imprint) on a display using the mouse. The measurements are performed automatically.

Determined parameters:
The following values are obtained from the arbitrary number of samples:

	Measurements log Indent id HV dX dY
	Microhardness values distribution histogram
	Microhardness profile graph (dependency of HV from displacement d)

A report with measurement results for every field and accumulation results for all fields is generated.

This solution is ordered separately. Installed SIMAGIS® platform is required for the solution to function.
